Legacy & Institutional Stories
The challenge: Celebrate 150 years of history in a way that felt connected to the OPRF community of today.
We contributed cinematography, voice-over, and planning combining archival materials with present day imagery to connect the school’s past with the traditions, people, and community carrying it forward.
The 19th Century Charitable Association
The challenge: Bring more than 130 years of history into one story without losing the organization’s continued relevance.
We identified a narrative connecting its founding in 1891, generations of women expanding educational opportunity, and the people continuing that work today.
Historical research, archival materials, interviews, and documentary filmmaking helped turn that history into a story about an ongoing legacy.

Stories that show what larger issues, missions, and communities actually mean for the people inside them.
Jim Crowe in East Ramapo
Jim Crow in East Ramapo examines inequality and its impact on the East Ramapo community.
Edited in collaboration with filmmaker Emily Shores, the documentary brings together research and lived experience to explore a complicated issue through the people affected by it.
The project received an $8,000 grant through the Open Society University Network.

Oak Park Conservatory
The Oak Park Conservatory is more than a beautiful place to visit. Through a series of promotional films, we highlighted the spaces, educational work, and community role that make the Conservatory meaningful to the people who experience it.
Narrative & Independent Films
Scripted, artistic, or fictional filmmaking.
Dismissed by those around her, a young woman begins performing as a living statue and finds power in stillness before reclaiming the spotlight on her own terms. Honorable Mention, East Village New York Film Festival, 2025.
